Our Staff

GameandFishGuides.com is headquartered in sunny Phoenix, Arizona. Our vision is simple, to create the most extensive and user friendly directory of hunting and fishing guides, lodges and outfitters on the Internet.

Brad Jannenga - Chief Executive Outdoorsman

Our CEO grew up fishing the Great Lakes and Canada before moving to rural Arizona at the age of 11. During his adolescence he hunted small game and continued to fish, while quickly making his way through the Boy Scouts. From an early age he showed an aptitude towards the outdoors and developed skills in archery, orientation, wilderness survival, backpacking, kayaking, marksmanship, camping, first aid, and horsemanship. The University of Arizona took Brad from the dusty dirt roads of Arizona into the "big" city of Tucson. While at U of A he studied Business and Philosophy eventually leaving to pursue a job in the Technology field.

After nearly a decade of building large scale computer networks and leading teams of developers into the trenches of the dot-com industry, he grew tired and no longer found it enjoyable to work within corporate America. In January of 2005 Brad launched GameandFishGuides.com, his first business combining his business knowledge, understanding of technology and love of the outdoors.

Topper "Boo" Jannenga - Chief Security Officer

As second in command Toppers duties include fetching downed game, sniffing out blood trails and watching camp while we're away. He is a handsome 80 lb Yellow Labrador who won't hesitate to grumble if you wait to long to feed him. A perfect gentleman, Topper, or as we affectionately like to call him, Boo, is always up for a good hike, a swim or a round of fetch with his favorite tennis ball.

At four years old he makes up for any mistakes by keeping your feet warm on cold days and showing an unequaled dedication to anyone who gives him a nice rub behind the ears. He also has a pretty scary bark for those who don't know him.

Georganne Jannenga - Director of Advertising

Georganne started her lifelong love affair with fishing at the tender age of six under the tutorial eye of her Dad and beloved Uncle Ray fishing for crappie, perch and walleye in the “Pabst Blue Ribbon” waters of Northern Wisconsin. In the mid ‘90’s Georganne was introduced to fly fishing by world-famous fly fisherman, Chuck Rizuto. Now a close family friend, Chuck coached her and helped her to hone her skills. Georganne’s love of fly fishing led her to serve on the Board of Directors for the Desert Fly Casters in various positions for five years, an Arizona fly fishing club of which she is still a member and has made many wonderful friends.

Between fishing escapades, Georganne managed to raise 3 wonderful children, who are her greatest accomplishments …well, besides the 150 lb. halibut she caught in Alaska last year. After moving to Arizona in 1984, Georganne started a successful career as a real estate Broker specializing in land, residential, rental, new homes sales, relocation and some commercial transactions. Her stellar sales skills, earned her the Platinum Club Award at the ReMax International Convention in Las Vegas, Nevada in 2006.

Her love of fishing, along with her exemplary sales skills, made her the obvious choice for the Director of Sales for her eldest son, Brad’s, exciting business venture, GameandFishGuides.com.

Ryan Jannenga - Public Relations Director

Ryan spent most of his time following his older brother around the high desert before packing up his things and moving to Thailand days after graduating high school. A true adventurer, he has visited most continents and has become a seasoned traveler by the age of 25. While spending a season as a deck hand running Zodiacs on the Na Pali coast of Kauai, he obtained his captain's license from the U.S. Coast Guard.

With a guaranteed job anywhere in the world, he showed up at his brothers doorstep to help out with GameandFishGuides.com and start the development of his own company www.CharterListings.com

Bob Jannenga - Director of Operations

The true inspiration for his whole family, Bob raised his kids to be true outdoorsmen. His strong ethics and rock solid integrity still serves as an example for his grandsons and the future of GameandFishGuides.com. Always a step ahead, whether it's launching his pride and joy 21 ft Lund boat or making coffee at 4am, he is a huge asset to this company.

Bob's love affair with the outdoors started at an early age thanks to his own father. Growing up in the suburbs of Chicago he hunted pheasants like there was no tomorrow in the surrounding corn fields. Working at a sporting goods store through college he purchased some of the finest guns that will be passed down to the generations of Jannenga's to come. While stationed in Alaska, he harvested two caribou and explored the remote back country with infamous bush pilot Don Sheldon. Upon returning to the lower 48 he got his own pilot's license and became a flight instructor before a long and successful career as a truck driver. You can find him most weekends roll casting somewhere upstream from Lee's Ferrys.
